1963

In 1963 André Decuypere starts up a one-man business in metal turning. The business is flourishing. Multiple orders are placed and the number of workers steadily grows.

1975

The one-man business is converted to “Decuypere and Sons”, thus preparing the way for his sons Rudi and Raoul.

1986

Decuypere A. & Sons changes to Adec BVBA, shorter and more commercial. The name is shorter but the factory expands as well as the quantity of customers.

1998

Adec switches to computer-controlled machines. Top precisionwork! These CNC-machines enable piecework, middlesize series and complex arrangements.

2004

Adec does much more than drilling, welding, boring-out, metal sawing, mounting, prototypework… the modern machinery and the expanded infrastructure guarantee tailormade totalsolutions.
